George is an ICF-certified PCC Executive and Career Growth Coach with over 30 years of Corporate Human Resource Leadership in Talent, Learning, and Leadership Development, NCAA Division I Athletics, and Consumer Goods Finance.
As Career Coach focused on leadership transformation and career progression, George partners with clients to create greater awareness to achieve career transition objectives and, in the end, better ride the “bike of life.”
While at Luxottica Retail, George was a multi-disciplined Human Resources Leader. He led teams to implement/evolve Talent Management and Acquisition processes centered on People Development. As the Head Swim Coach at Xavier University, George led an NCAA Division I Swim Team that broke over 100 school records resulting in 5 conference champions. George began his career with Procter & Gamble as a Financial and International Tax Analyst.
George earned a JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a certified Life Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). George also holds certifications in Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, Team Coaching, SPHR, and SHRM-SCP.

Kathy Walter

Kathy is a certified Professional Coach and Public Speaker. She started her professional career overseas with Lloyds of London and then worked for Fortune 500 insurance companies upon returning to the States. After balancing her professional career and family, she took some time off to raise her three children with her husband, Jim. It was this time that allowed her to pursue her real passion for assisting others. After being referred to as a life coach for many years, she decided to make it official, receiving her training at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She has developed a diverse training portfolio that utilizes key elements, and specific tools to get you the results you seek. Working with Kathy involves creating a greater level of awareness, training the brain to work for you, and removing any barriers blocking you from success.
Leadership development, emotional intelligence, healthy conflict, communication, goal development, stress management, finding the right job and problem-solving are among the many areas she explores with clients.

Kevin is an executive coach, performance coach, and career coach who helps people strengthen the skills they need to realize their full potential. His direct approach focuses on the issues that accelerate accountability and performance, and yield high-value results. Kevin partners with people to identify their strengths and leverage these in developing and adopting new behaviors that support desired goals. Clients appreciate the authenticity that Kevin brings to each engagement, having faced many of the same challenges himself.
Kevin’s background includes senior-level media positions at Time Inc. for 25 years, where he managed multiple complex and diverse brands, including People Weekly, Health, and Real Simple. His experience leading sales, marketing, product development, and digital enterprise teams uniquely positions him to understand and appreciate the skills needed for achieving one’s best performance in today’s complex environment.
Kevin holds a Certificate in Executive Coaching from City University of New York’s Zicklin School of Business and is certified in Hogan Assessments and Emotional Intelligence 2.0. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University.
